American Apparel pleated/ tennis style skirt - Depop £10 ( RRP - £45)  

 
Last month, I challenged myself to find some top quality and rare vintage finds on Depop to help show you the benefits of shopping more sustainably and how it can transform your wardrobe. I found this lovely navy pleated skirt on the popular app, which is known to sell recycled, remade and unused items of clothing for a budget-friendly price tag. I saved over £35 on this American Apparel tartan print skirt as it was only £10 while the KISS band t-shirt was £12, which is relatively cheap for band merchandise. So for this punk rock and heavy metal inspired outfit, I decided to pair together these new piece as the skirt colour coordinated with the KISS tee and helped bring out my waist. When it came to footwear, I would pair this look with my Converse or Dr Martens, and for outwear and accessories I would style this look with my thrifted red denim jacket and a black backpack.
