Adjusting to home life and social distancing

April 02, 2020

Time may feel like it's going much slower at the moment, but by staying home, we are protecting each other.  We can use this time in self-isolation to look after ourselves and be grateful that we are healthy and safe in our homes. I know it's hard to watch the world go by from the inside of our houses or flats without people we care about the most being by our side. But use this time to focus on yourself and take power back during these uncertain times by filling your days with tasks, challenges, exercise, learning new skills and most importantly, communication. I'm ready to take on April and use the next few days to help people learning french and celebrate my birthday in the comfort of my own house, face-timing my friends and family in loungewear while drinking gin and eating my homemade birthday cake.
